Tony received a degree in Communication Studies and a Master's degree in Business Administration in 1998 and 2004. After gaining experience in various call centers, he joined our team as a customer service manager in 2006. In 2010, he became Head of Operations.

He has been a trainer in customer service excellence since 2000. He conducts workshops on effective communication and problem-solving for our agents. He has mentored numerous team members to success.

She has been managing customer relations in the call center industry since 2006. She has worked with various leading companies, serving as a member and then head of their customer service teams.
